I saw Al Sharpton at a Democratic convention -- and whatever he is, I am the opposite!!!  I want nothing[/b] to do with his platform!!!  You can bet your bottom dollar that I will vote in this next election!!!

While I was disgusted with Republicanism, I am moreso appalled and terrified of the Democratic platform because it is diametrically opposed to everything that I believe in.

:duel:

What is this country coming to? :nervous:

What will my generation have to endure before the coming of the Lord?
"So then, stand firm and hold to the traditions :o which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter" (2 Thessalonians 2:15).

I have not been following this election.  Can you tell me in a nut shell what is going on that you do not like?  I may just meet you down at the polls.

Al Sharpton is as much a true representive of Jesus Christ as a duck is to an eagle.  He carry's the title "Reverend" like Jesse Jackson does; more of a political ordination then a spiritual one.

The Democrats have stood for what they have for the last 15-20 years, the ultra left liberal anti-God forces.

Not that the Republicans are much better, but they are the lesser of the two evils (in my opinion) as far as their social positions.

the problem is that it really doesn't matter if you vote repub or demo

you get the same thing.

I agree that if the repubs followed through on what they say, then they would be better.  However, they do not.  So you have two groups that do basically the same thing, but at least the dems are honest about their ungodly, socialistic ways.  Repubs just lie about theirs.

Many say that they don't like the republicans but will vote for them so as to keep the democrats out.  I think that is faulty logic.

First of all, from a socialist/capitalist viewpoint - our nation has become more socialistic under G W Bush than it did under slick willy Clinton.  While Bush may be a better man (and I am sure he is), his policies  have actually grown the government more than Clinton did.  And I am not just talking about the results of security from 9-11, either.  He wants to give more money to the NEA (you remember them, they are the ones who funded the artist that throws elephant manure on pictures of Mary, the mother of Jesus).  Remember the Dept of Education that Republicans promised to get rid of??? Well it is thriving under Bush.

From a Christian standpoint - how many unborn children have been murdered since Bush was president?  I don't know the exact total, but it is the same amount that would have been  under a President Gore.
How many Christian liberties have been taken away in the last three years?

My point is that it really doesn't matter which one you vote for.  I honestly believe that you are voting for evil either way.  That is why I MUST vote third party.  I cannot ignore the evil that is taking over our nation, and I cannot support it, no matter if one evil is less than the other.  It is still evil.

I will probably vote for the Constitution Party

but those are my thoughts

Forgiveness is available until we get to eternity and then our eternal fate is sealed. Right now, people are free to sin and repent; but there is no forgiveness of sin for the damned in hell.

JUST A THINK ABOUT IT: Will you embrace the full meaning of Christmas? Jesus didn't die just so you could go to heaven. He came to give you life - His life; an abundant life free from guilt, condemnation, and slavery to both sins and religion. He came to bring a grace revolution to the world and tha
