What's next! :smack:
CLEARWATER, Fla. —  Lawrence Roach agreed to pay alimony to the woman he divorced, not the man she became after a sex change, his lawyers argued in an effort to end the payments.

But the ex-wife's attorneys argued Tuesday that the operation doesn't alter the agreement.

Only a 2004 Ohio case has addressed whether or not a transsexual can still collect alimony after a sex change, those involved say.

"There is not a lot out there to help us," Circuit Judge Jack R. St. Arnold said.  An Ohio appeals court ruled in September 2004 that a Montgomery County man must continue to pay alimony to his transsexual ex-wife because her sex change wasn't reason enough to violate the agreement.

Roach, who has since remarried, said he has been unable to convince state and federal lawmakers to tackle the issue. He said he will continue to fight.

"It's illegal for a man to marry a man and it should likewise be illegal for a man to pay alimony to a man," said John McGuire, one of Roach's attorneys. "When she changed to man, I believe she terminated that alimony."

You know.....

Imagine that you are transported back in time to the Consitutional Convention at the start of our country....Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, John Adams and all the delgates are all awaiting to here your input on what needs to be added to the constitution protect the dream of America that they all suffered through a devastating war to win.

You stand up, all eyes on you, and you say the following,

"We need to put into the consitution that life begins at conception and lasts until natural death, otherwise people hundreds of years from now will say that it's okay to murder babies in the womb, and kill of grandma and grandpa/mom and dad when they become inconvinient to our lifestyles.

Speaking of lifestyles, we have to write in the consitution what has been obvious throughout history- that marriage is between one man and one women for life.  People two hundred years from now will say it's between whoever wants to get married, and some say that it's okay for men to marry boys (NAMBLA).

Mr. Jefferson, please never, ever write a letter in response to one written by the Danbery Baptist Association.  They'll get over it.  The phrase you'll use, "the consitution provides a wall of seperation between church and state" will be used to destroy the original intent of this incredible document you've helped author.

While you are at it, add that religion can and should influence government, just not the other way around, and that religion which is shared by almost all in the room, is Christianity.

Please explain in idiotic detail that you mean for people to be able to defend themselves and own firearms.  Apparently, people in the 20th and 21st century cannot read.

While you are at it, please recognize that all men are created equal....that includes the millions of African slaves living in the southern US.  It will avoid a very costly Civil War in 100 years.

Finally gentlemen, pray for this nation.....200 years from now...there will be those calling themselves American's that will be trying to destroy her."

You'd be either laughed or shouted out of the room for saying that they would need to be that specific....

Religious Lie: "God only paid for sins until the next time you sin."
Forgiveness is available until we get to eternity and then our eternal fate is sealed. Right now, people are free to sin and repent; but there is no forgiveness of sin for the damned in hell.

JUST A THINK ABOUT IT: Will you embrace the full meaning of Christmas? Jesus didn't die just so you could go to heaven. He came to give you life - His life; an abundant life free from guilt, condemnation, and slavery to both sins and religion. He came to bring a grace revolution to the world and tha
