Finished an MPA
« on: October 09, 2014, 02:29:16 PM »
Well, I just finished another degree (an MPA) and that is probably the last one I'll ever pursue. It was more time-consuming than what I anticipated and I'm soooooo exhausted.  I feel like a marathon runner collapsing after crossing the finish line.

I will not pursue a Masters in Theology unless the Lord directs me to in the future because I'm simply too exhausted.  I already began one Masters in Theology, but after completing three classes, the program was discontinued.  ::) So I finished the MPA instead. It was a tradeoff.

It's ironic that I love the bible and can quote it backwards and forwards, but I don't have a Theology degree. However, anyone who has studied Theology knows that the discipline goes far beyond just the bible i.e. history, hermeneutics, et al.
"So then, stand firm and hold to the traditions :o which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter" (2 Thessalonians 2:15).

JUST A THINK ABOUT IT: Will you embrace the full meaning of Christmas? Jesus didn't die just so you could go to heaven. He came to give you life - His life; an abundant life free from guilt, condemnation, and slavery to both sins and religion. He came to bring a grace revolution to the world and tha
